Really I wasn’t even wanting to read this because I wanted to see how Tony forged the weapons for the Avengers or because this was a Fear Itself tie-in. I read this because of Miss Pepper Potts. While Tony wasn’t doing anything of importance by just talking to Splitlip, Pepper was giving me what I wanted: a fight with one of the Worthy. But in this issue the fighting was over and now both Pepper was sulking in depression and Tony was actually about to do something. The penciling was fine, but something was going on with the ink. Towards the end of the book Tony’s skin turns red like he’s been scratching himself for hours. I’m glad Fear Itself is over because this hasn’t been Iron Man but Tony Stark and also I hopefully will never have to read that damn Asgardian language.
