I have been a fan of Fraction's run throughout Iron Man and I believe it will go down as the greatest run for this character ever. That is despite the middling art of LaRocca on many issues. However, this is was one of the weakest of his tenure. The story is about 85% filler, the dwarf swearing font is overused, it doesn't advance any character arcs in a significant manner and generally is poor quality art, even by the workman-like standard LaRocca has set thus far.
