With Kirmania at an all time high this week, with the huge response to a huge show, Invincible feels like it's slipping. Ever since issue #60, there's been a shit-ton of mindless violence in this title. That, or I'm remebering incorrectly. This issue brings us the next chapter in the series-culminating Viltrimite War. Fight scenes abound, cheap deaths abound, BOOM! I'm just not enoying this "reading" this book like I used to(o?).

"Looking" at it though? That's where this book continues to shine. Ottley's art is phenonimal. The only thing really missing is more dynamic page layouts. I think that would make this book look truly sensational. But if nothing changed, I'd still come back each month to see the wonderful lines of Ry-O.
