C’mon, you know you like Simonson. THE Walter Simonson.

This story was quite a bit more interesting than the Attuma let down. I felt that story just didn’t click.

However, this one was freaking cool. Banner et al make their own bridge to Jotunheim to get some alien elements to hopefully make some awesome superconductor chips….

That’s just the context of the story. The real treat is getting to witness Simonson’s Hulk AND Thor (for chrissake) do some bodily harm to Frost Giants.

Yes, Walt’s got a little rougher around the edges, but the man knows how to compose a panel and perfectly–perfectly illustrate Waid’s script.

The best moment of Indestructible Hulk thus far, and early candidate for top 3 Hulk moments of all time:

HULK WORTHY! (as he lifts Mjolnir with cosmic energy crackling everywhere).

Seriously, I hope Walt draws the rest of this series. Yu is just fine I suppose, but the energy Walt brings to the book is unreal.

Story: 4 - Very Good
Art: 5 - Excellent
