So this is finally over. When I started reading Iron Fist, around issue 3 or so, it was friggin’ awesome. And now it’s mediocre. This arc went too long, there was too much artist switching going on, and it made me stop caring.

In this issue in particular, the fight scenes were pants. In most of them it was very difficult to tell who was doing what to whom where. All of the Iron Fist characters–Danny, Wendell, and the other one–look more or less the same, so that’s more than a little confusing as well.

I’m going to try the next issue, but I think I may be done with Iron Fist.
