Ed Brubaker continues to craft a great tale of political intrigue deeply entrenched in the Superhero world. This is the best Red Skull story I've read as Brubaker continues to reveal a super-villain plan that is just brilliant without the sterotypical manicical laughing. Also, the scene's where Bucky is confronted by Clint Barton is great. This issue gives just enough story to satisfy while adding a cliffhanger that embraces the serial nature of the medium.
As far as the art, Steve Epting once again does a beautiful job.
I recommend this comic to everyone as it is consistantly one of the most entertaining comics out on the stands.
