Can’t say this was too promising to begin with — I did enjoy the JLA special that preceded it, but Ollie acting out of character is an unattractive throwback to 1990s-style comic booking. The art by Federico Dallochino was fine, but J.T. Krul seems to be checking boxes off to hit the benchmarks they need Ollie to go through on his way to murder/ostracization. This storyline is my first dalliance with Green Arrow comics since Mike Grell, but I can’t really recommend anyone else start here if they’re looking for what makes this character great.

Story: 1 - Poor
Art: 3 - Good
