Ever since All-Star Batman and Robin’s infamous Wonder Ass cover, the stores I work in have sported tiny thought-bubbleish pieces of art that say “poot” in them.  Fart jokes for every gratuitous butt cover that crosses our store.  Not the obvious porn ones, but the mainstream advertent or inadvertent cheesecake shots.  I had to drudge it up for this cover, though, truth be told, if Harley Quinn let one rip wearing the costume as it’s drawn on this cover, the costume would swell like a latex glove full of helium, and float her right through the title logo.  Poot!

The story is, unsurprisingly an awesome piece of Dini Gothamism.  The man writes all these characters so fluidly, I imagine that he speaks in their voices when he sleeps  (if he sleeps, he does a lot of writing).  This issue introduces us to a new villain, Boneblaster.  And tells what Catwoman, Harley, Ivy, and The Riddler have been up to since Battle For The Cowl.  It’s a great mesh of plot and character, by a master writer.
