I decided to wait on reading my Flashpoint books until book 5 came out so I could read all of them together. I was into it through book 5. At the time it ended I might have given the story a 4, but upon reflection I dropped it down to a 2. My biggest issue is that the butterfly effect doesn't seem to fit. How did Barry's mom not dying mean that Superman was captured by the government, and Bruce Wayne being shot? Those events should have happened well before his mom died. This just feels like a major plothole to me that I can't let go. If someone can explain it to me I'd be happy to listen. Thank you.
