Galactus being used as a power battery by an intelligent Hulk? That is one of the coolest ideas I've heard in a while. The rest of this book was not nearly as cool, bearing some sloppy looking art from the pencil of Bryan Hitch. There's not much for the reader to plug in to when it comes to the New Defenders yet, aside from the aforementioned Hulk, so this issue was just a water-treader in an otherwise impressive run by Millar and Hitch.
I will say this -- Hitch has the voices of the Fantastic Four down, and that's not an easy thing to do these days.

ok, I’m glad I dropped this book. If the F.F. aren’t in outer space, the book is lame.
@Simmons This issue was good, and I”m enjoying this arc a lot more than the first one. I was going to drop FF after Millar/Hitch’s first arc but thanks to the iFanboy community, I didn’t.
Good review. I agree this was a water treader. I’m looking forward to the payoff.
An intelligent Hulk, you say? It’d be nice if someone could use such a concept in …oh … the Hulk’s own comic. Just sayin’.
