I must say this book needs to be monthly. It felt a little lost at first since it has been forever since the last time it came out.

Overall I felt that this issue seemed a little decompressed. Not a lot happened as far as I was concerned. Also about 2/3s of the way through I became incredibly confused as to what the hell is about to happen, I’m sure all will be explained… two months from now.

The End League started off really good and I think this issue was a little lacking. Part of it was really confusing and I felt a little cheated to wait two months for this. All though Broome’s artwork is fantastic and although I’m not a hundred percent certain he’s the reason, I’m fairly certain it may not be worth the wait for his art if it is. There are plenty of really good artists out there that can do this book monthly and it pains me to say that. The overall print quality of this book it to be admired. The pages were thick and full of color. I think Marvel and DC could take a moment to take some notes.

i did enjoy looking into the mind of Dead Lexington. I always love getting a better feel for the villain of a plot. Especially when they aren’t you common garden variety. Dead Lexington to me is how Lex Luthor is written on a good day, cold and deadly.

I love how this book has so many familiar characters. I feel that we have the JLA and Avengers mashed together to make some super team. This issue debuted the character by the name of Black. He is essentially Batman and had some of the best moments in this issue. I hope to see more of him and the Captain America/Hawkeye combo platter as I call him.

So other then being a little decompressed, or at least feeling that way, and having a major drawback of being bimonthly I am really curious to see where this book is headed, especially with how confused I was at the end of the issue.

Story: 3 - Good
Art: 4 - Very Good
