Exiles #1

If anyone hasn't heard of, or is on the fence about picking up Jeff Parker's Exiles, I'd highly recommend checking it out. It's not bogged down by any previous continuity, the art is pretty bright and fun, and he definitely brings the funny. It's everything I've come to expect in a "getting the team together and setting up the status quo" issue, and it's done very well. If you like his Agents of Atlas, or anything else he's done in the past, the quality level is maintained.

Also, yes, the first issue is $3.99, but the price falls back down to $2.99 starting with #2. Also, the extra pages aren't boring (imo) profiles like in this week's Wolverine: Weapon X #1 (which was also pretty great), but rather are character sketches and notes.
