It feels like cheating to make this Pick of the Week. I mean what else can I say to make you get on this issue? But then it hit me on page seven, I mean it literally hit me and I didnt see it coming:

Huey Lewis.

That's right, the same Huey Lewis from Huey Lewis and the News.

Now I hate giving away the best jokes in certain comics. But there is an appearence of Huey Lewis in a dream by Deadpool and I just could not hold my shit together. He is so perfectly drawn and the entire dream itself is such a great sendup of Die Hard....I just could not contain my laughter. It's that joke alone that made me pick this as the best.

You know the rest of this review. Daniel Way is the best writer for Deadpool. Dare I say miles better then Joe Kelly's run on the character? Plus Paco Medina's pencils and the colorist/inkers just make this a nice blend of cartoony and gritty art. So yes pick this series up, it seriously might be the funniest comic that is out right now. If only one of the ifanboy's could pick this up with me.....*sighs* I man can dream I suppose.
