This issue let me down. This was my introduction to Hit Monkey and he’s only in two pages. He’s on the cover and this book has nothing to do with him. Thanks again Marvel. Even Deadpool has little to do with this issue, but the story was still fairly good. This is a calm before the storm issue. Hopefully the characters that appear in this issue will be used for the rest of Daniel Way’s run on Deadpool. Agent Allison Kemp defenitely will along with two mercs. Ale Garza is my favorite of the numerous artists on Deadpool so seeing him return for this arc pleased me, though I did notice he forgot to draw Wade pinkyless. I really wanted to enjoy this issue, but there was nothing for me to enjoy except for great art. Hopefully when the action kicks in I will be entertained.

Story: 2 - Average
Art: 4 - Very Good
