Coming off of the poorly written Thunderbolts crossover, this issue was a welcome relief of fun.  Way’s Deadpool is much superior to Diggle’s.  Also, Way’s Bullseye is much superior to Diggle’s.  His Osborn is superior, his dialogue is superior.  You get the idea.

If you like Deadpool, and you don’t love this issue, Andy Diggle will give you your money back.  Don’t ask why, just accept it.

Gracia’s coloring, however, was a bit too glossy for me.  Which is becoming as much a problem in Marvel art, lately, as their muddying.

Story: 5 - Excellent
Art: 3 - Good

Comments

  1. The coloring was that bad, you gave it a 3?

I mean I thought it was fine. I dont think Marvel’s coloring is that bad..

  2. A three is good.  If the pencils were flawless (I thought they were very good, but not perfect), it might have been a four for me.
