Written in quite a classic comic style, the narration is a little on the heavy side. I didn’t find the story itself to be that enrapturing, the books strengths are more on the overall approach and tone of the book. Lovely bright colours, and flashy interesting layouts. The blindness is represented in the art to wonderful effect.

This is a fun book. A much needed fresh take on the character. Tremendous energy. I won’t be carrying on with this simply because I’m not into the story. Although I like the upbeat tone, I’m not invested enough in the characters to feel the need to carry on reading. Still, it is undoubtedly well done and wish it every success.
