The crossover events of the last few issues nearly made me jump ship. I can just hear Marvel brass exercising editorial power..."This book needs a crossover so we can sell MORE spiderman and punisher." The story was good enough WITHOUT the crossover. This Daredevil has excelled in the past with the character development of Matt, Foggy etc while keeping the "action" on a small scale. Where it's starting to fall flat is in the ill-advised attempt to go "Big." As for art, get Martin and Rivera back on here full time already--or Allred as has been previewed. Don't get me wrong, even with these criticisms Daredevil is better than 95% of the comic's market.. ..but I am so disappointed that they're monkeying around with a tone, art, story package that was THE BEST stuff I've read in 20 years. However..Dr. Doom? Hell yeah! Let's hope they handle like they did Klaw and Mole Man.
