Honesty is the best policy and I am just gonna just come out and tell you this … I’m a final panel kind of guy and the final panel really delivers!

Over all, this was my favorite Captain America Reborn issue. While the others seemed to just drag on and on and on, this one actually made something happen, and even explains the whole stuck in time part. Not only was the story well done, but the art just kills it. This is up there with Hitch’s best work in my opinion.
