The finale to Two America's was just what I expected. It was a neat little wrap to loose end. Some people really don't like this arc and it's understandable. This is by no means the Winter Soldier arc and it isn't supposed to be. This just deals with 50's Cap and makes way for the Heroic age. Now this particular issue is satisfying in that it gives us the long awaited rematch between 50's Cap and Bucky and it really is enjoyable. Also I love the way Brubaker writes the Falcon, it just feels so right for the character. Another great thing about the writing is the way Bucky is somewhat sympathetic towards 50's Cap because he just wanted to be Captain America. One odd thing is that even though by all accounts this is a wrap up for 50's Cap his death is still comic book ambigous in that it never actually shows his dead body, so maybe thats just Brubaker killing off 50's Cap for his run but leaving the character open for other writers someday.

I had some issues with the art in the issue. Luke Ross is a fantastic artist, and it shows in this issue. His close up's and shadowing are incredible but there is a lot of white background in this issue. I think that's probably because this may have been rushed but maybe he was going for... I don't know some... White affect?

Anyway, decent wrap up and I can't wait to see the next arc.
