As a whole, I preferred this week’s Green Lantern issue to this man series.  The beginning was a bit muddled, and, unlike some of the side issues, I don’t feel you could have just picked this comic up and enjoyed it, without having read the previous issues.

That said, the ending was completely badass, and has me excited for The Blackest Night Holiday Issue (Blackest Night #5 is the ONLY comic coming out the week between Christmas and New Year’s this year.  No other DC titles.  No Marvel titles.  No Indie titles.  Just Blackest Night #6.  I suspect this is Geoff John’s masterful plan to ENSURE that iFanboy will HAVE to make it their pick of the week.  I mean, it has, literally, no competition.)
