I didn’t read Elegy yet but I have enjoyed Batwoman #0 when it came out a while ago and was really impressed by it.

Here, Batwoman struggles with her past as she is hot on the trails of a new villain or is it just an urban legend, La Llorna? What drives this story is really the art of J.H. Williams III: this book looks insane! Everything just works together, the characters move fluidly from panel to panel, action sequences are a blast and the unorthodox panel layout is just brilliant and full of details!

The final page that links with the end of Batwoman #0 was a blast. I can’t wait for issue #2 to come out next month. Highly recommended!
