I think the problem with Treehouse is that it took itself too seriously this year.  The story references were too obscure…I’m not asking for Mad Magazine here, but give me at least one horror movie reference I recognize…and the art was all average, which is a shame.  With collections like this and Strange Tales, I always hope to discover a new artist or writer, but nothing popped here.  A big let down, especially with the $4.99 price tag.
