While the rest of the current Batbooks are concerned with new villains, making sense of Morrison’s Black Hand Glove Night Tower Lightning French Fry, and dealing with the mob, this title focuses on some classis Bat-baddies.  It’s more fun, and more seems to be happening in this issue than I’ve seen happen in a Batman book for a while.  And it all makes sense.
