Well, hello Vandal Savage (!) Interesting choice for the next “villain.” I know some find the whole Gotham thing annoying, but I find it entertaining.

True this issue seemed a bit bland for some reason (especially compared to the arc with Hyde), can’t put my finger on it. I guess maybe it just didn’t seem to “flow.”

Still, interesting set up.

As for the back up story –“Stormwatch” — meh. Felt very average to me.

And that, readers, is the frustrating part of reading All Star western: inconsistency.
