I know that Parker just wanted to make it seem like witty action movie
banter, but between Luke Cage making a stick around pun and Wolverine
saying Os-bums, this issue started off on a sour note for me. Still, it
ended up redeeming itself in doing something that I don’t think is done
nearly enough, namely, having Spiderman use his brain more often. I’ll
take a hundred bad puns if it shows that Pete really is one of the top
tier brains in the Marvel U. I understand that the fight scene was
necessary, so I won’t bitch about it other than to say, they should
have been able to get some background information on Logan before hand
as the Agents had run into him in the past. Still, it was cool to see
Wolverine taken out pretty quickly. The art was good. Melted Logan arm
was probably my favorite bit of art.
