This was way better than I expected it to be. It was the old "getting the team together" issue we've all read before, but it was told in a great way, with some touching scenes for long time Batman fans.
I thought the art was great & the panel layouts were AWESOME. I really liked how they left all the ads in the back, it lets you get into the story way more when every second page isn't an ad.
I will definitely be reading Outsiders again now. Tomasi is kickin' ass where ever he goes in the DCU.

Read this today and agree with all your points. A great read and further proof of Tomasi's skill. First scene with the cemetery and the hologram were beautiful.
