When you think about it an evil circus really is the best antagonist for Dick Grayson. This issue, while less kinetic and exciting than last issue is still rather good on it's own. But in a week with both Justice League: Cry For Justice and Captain America: Reborn I don't think this is going to make it pick of the week. This issue had some nice character moments and introduced the Circus of the Strange antagonists and saw Damien rush off to fight and get himself into trouble. It got the story from one part to another and while it's going to be a part of a stand-out series this isn't going to be the issue everyone remembers. It is still one of the best books by one of comic's greatest teams.

Story: 4 - Very Good Art: 5 - Excellent

This feels like it would've probably been better read in a trade, but I don't feel like waiting that long for my Bat-fix.
