Ultimatum #4 (OF 5)

I can sum up the problem I have with this series with one example. In this issue, Captain America dives through a window and clocks Magneto on the head out of nowhere. This should be a moment where I pump my fist in the air and it just didn't feel right. I can't tell if its the art, the pacing, the writing or all four but this series should be so much more exciting than it actually is. This should be the big summer action movie of comics and right now it feels more like watching someone play a video game based on a blockbuster. Lots of cool ideas, very poorly executed.
