Nice deductive reasoning for why DD should have recognized Spidey's voice. It seems like Guggenheim should have had a few people read this over before it went to print, saying: "does anything seem off here?".

I agree with some of what you said.  Alot of the flaws that you spotlighted i would consider minor and did not detract from my enjoyment of the story personally.  I did not have a problem with Vermin, and it was easy for me to accept Pete/Daredevil being allowed into the police station due to the officer's respect for Daredevil. Also, while we may not have seen a DD costume with eyeholes in it before, the idea that Murdock might have one laying around didn't really throw me.

 However, Kraven bragging about capturing spiderman to the MGH dealer and DD not recognizing Peter's voice both rubbed me the wrong way.  I was a little iffy about the MGH in general but it might pay off in the next issue.
