I'll keep this short, as there's really not much to say that hasn't already been said before.  This book rocks.  It rocks hard--like if Led Zepplin had babies with Metallica.  Brubaker keeps the tempo going from last issue and begins to tie the threads together.  I think one of the more interesting aspects of where the book has gone can be related to the scene where Bucky dons the costume in front of a crowd of people.  It shows just how much the Red Skull has screwed up America, and adds that extra little layer to just what it means to be Captain America when everything seems hopeless.  The issue ends with a great setup; one of those "Oh yeah, I forgot about that..." kind of things that keeps you wondering just where the book is going to go.

The art was good as always, even though there was a guest artist this month.  In some of the panels, you could have sworn that Epting had drawn them.  It was good stuff all around.

Now, I just need to wait another month.  Man, that's just depressing.
