Okay, maybe not quite, but a hell of a lot closer than you might think!

Of the Faces of Evil in January, this was by far the weakest of the lot. Should you still buy it? Yeah, I think. It appears that these characters are going to play some important role going into 2009, and this back story should help a reader encountering them in a regular series gain some idea of who this guy is. In my opinion, I think the idea of the Origins and Omens is much better and I think you could have inserted these Faces of Evil stories into the back of our regular series or perhaps collected into one oversized issue.

Good covers and I look forward to seeing where DC goes with this...
