With such a light week it was my pick of the week definitely. My only complaint isn't a complaint as much as a compliment and that is I wish it had been longer, it was all set up but being the first part of the storyline what can you expect ya know? Leaving me wanting more is really a compliment to the writer/artist team. And the book just looks beautiful, the coloring is amazing with the pencils and the inker really keeps his pencil lines tight. It was a great book to look at and the story is just ambiguous enough that at this point I have to come back for the next part to see what the country looks like and learn more about how Logan got to this point. I get the impression this is a retelling of Unforgiven with Wolvie in the Eastwood role but never having seen Unforgiven it does not take me out of the story at all. Plus I love Hawkeye and I love the Spider-mobile so maybe this was written specifically for me.

Yeah, I got the feeling this was Unforgiven as well, but I never watched it. So, I rented it.
