I stopped reading Remender's Punisher after Tan Eng Huat took over on art because his art just isn't appealing to me.  I thought the annual would be a nice stand alone story that would rejuvenate my interest in the Punisher. However, it was just a continuation of the current story arc involving the Hood and his gang of formerly dead villains.  I was happy to see Jason Pearson on interiors because his Deadpool covers have been really good.  His art work was fitting but felt a little rushed in some places.  If you haven't been following the current Punisher book then I would skip out on this issue.  Despite all of this, I still liked it.  This issue was humorous, Spider-Man had some great one liners and action was good.
