Daredevil #113

This arc, along with the last one, have seen a nice upswing in the book.  Though Mila isn't gone, well actually she is since she appears to have been kidnapped, she's more or less forgotten about.  Granted Matt's still got enough trademarked Catholic guilt to ruin the buzz at the best of parties, but he's not so passive.  He's not happy, but at least he's not paralyzed by guilt.

As for the art, Lark draws some wonderful stuff.
