  1. I never really had a handle on what happened with Colossus’ HAIR when he turned to steel. Steel hair follicles or was it just one perfectly-styled piece. Bald kind of makes more sense.

The better question is this: Back in the day, Colossus’ outfit periodically had blue pants (under his briefs, of course), but when he’d turn to steel, those pants would disappear and you could see the steel on his legs. WHERE DID HIS PANTS GO?!

    • Unstable sexy molecules.

    • Unstable sexy molecules. Of course!

Seems like Colossus was really the only one to truly take advantage of the technology. Unless there are a lot of panels that got left on the Marvel bullpen floor of Johnny Storm yelling “Pants on!” after a ONS.

  2. I almost didn’t order this crossover. I liked New Mutants till DnA came on, and I’m a fan of theirs, I just didn’t think it was too good of a fit. So I wasn’t really excited to jump back into a book I just dropped… but JIM has been so goddamn good. I just can’t deny it. As long as JIM can stay good through all these crossovers, I’ll deal. I dropped Fraction’s Thor too, so if this story doesn’t live up to my JIM standards, I’ll pull a TNC and hop on and off around the crossovers.

  3. Kieron Gillen and a 50ft Queenie….what a perfect way to start the day
