This was the weakest issue of the series so far, but it was still pretty damn good.
I agree. A reveal isn’t a reveal if it’s mentioned as a distinct possibility only several pages in.
I was reading X-Men in 1991. I re-read my issues of X-Men 1-3 and got issues 1-7 of XMF. I can’t say I love these stories, but I am going to stick with the series for a while because it’s the closest thing to time travel I will ever experience. Besides, this is great book for teens, if I was 14 I would still love it. So I can’t knock it for not totally appealing to me when I am in my now in my 30s. I found the ads from the 1991 comics so funny, I emailed two of them out to my friends. So I am glad to see the Days of Marvel Past ads, which I assume are in all of Marvels books right now.
So…did the artist never see pictures of Gambit or Kitty Pryde before?
