  1. I don’t understand. Is this as well as, or instead of, the regular story?

    • I don’t understand, either–but it isn’t written by Aaron, so my guess is that it’s not part of the current story arc. I’m not going to pick this one up…

    • Technically it’s part of the story in a bigger picture but is one of the few tie ins written by a very intelligent writer. I think it’s cool they brought in someone like him to do a tie in of this subject matter instead of the series regular and I dig Aaron’s work too.

    • *that sounds like I was saying the other tie ins weren’t by intelligent writers when what I was pointing out is that this is one of the only few tie ins this vent has (usually they have too many/event fatigue) and this one must be crucial to the story seeing who they got to write it and its one of only 4 or 5 ins.

    • Ah, the MIND MGMT writer–I didn’t put that together–thanks! I’ve only read a bit of his stuff, but perhaps I will pick this up after all.

  2. I love that the tie in to AofU is written by Matt Kindt, the kind of mind who who can convey a plot like this (wish crossed out/ you were here) time displacement where a dystopian future already happened and future turns out to be the past. That cover with a once future team postcard/billboard like you are now entering Age of Ultron is awesome.

  3. i think they had it backwards, not that it made a difference but wolv and xmen end kinda where aou starts.

  4. Drat!
I have been avoiding Age of Ultron and I bought this thinking it was the next issue of WatXM

  5. Well … that was terrible.

Wish I could go back in time and tell my past self to put this back on the shelf.

  6. Well that was a waste of $3.99

  7. Yep – that really sucked ball$

  8. I usually love Kindt’s work, but, yeah, that was a big disappointment.
