@Face: It’s pretty much an adaptation of the film; ala like how Marvel is doing literature adapations right now.
I for one, is a HUGE fan of The Warriors. I know my LCS isnt getting it this week, but I’ll ask the man to order it for me when I come in on Wednesday.
Warriors was a great film btw, and it had a great video game adaptation too.
If this is an IDW book I’ll be all up ons.
@uberlush: It’s not IDW….it’s some even more unknown indie company called ‘Davel Brothers’.

Looks faithful to the film, although I cant say who the creative team is. Never heard of them. (It’s David Atchison, Chris Dibari & Kieran Oats btw)
YEAH, COOL. but how are they going to adapt a documentary about the economic/sociological impact of the 1970s on teenagers from new york into comics? seriously?

Sorry I missed it, it was like hours ago you recommended it before I posted a comment on it on the thread. But hey IF (keyword) my LCS gets this I hope we both can talk about it.
I love The Warriors, especially the Rockstar video game of it; in fact I should play that right now.
@Champ – it can be tedious reading all the New Comic thread posts. next time i’ll try to say something more controversial, you don’t miss those
i’d rather wait for the trade, ya know. if i wait for anything trade though, the odds stack against my purchasing it at all. think i’m more interested in what follows the movie arc. the game did a nice job of enhancing the story, it’d be nice to see this book do the same.
Yeah my LCS didnt get this….for random customers. A lot of people got this for their pull bin though, so my LCS owner definitely knew about the series. Ordered a copy for me and I will enjoy this next week.
