  1. This is one of the best of the New 52 and I have said that since issue one. The artwork is very nice and Voodoo seems to really be getting backed in a corner from both sides and I for one don’t think that is a good idea. Can’t wait till Wednesday !!

  2. For me, this is dropped. I wish they had kept Marz on it, I was really enjoying it. Issue 5 was okay, issue 6 I just didn’t care any more. So I’m out.

Some of these writer/artist switches for the new 52 are improvements, some are a wash, but this one was a bust.

  3. great book, sucks it’s so low in the sales charts though, if DC do a third wave this will be one of the ones probably cut. But other than that I’m gonna enjoy the ride till the finish line.

  4. I think i’m going to have to drop this . It was so good when Marz was writing, but it’s just not been the same with the new writer, which is a shame because i absolutely love Sami Basri’s artwork.

  5. I lIke this but have no clue what’s going on!

  6. I dropped this when Marz left.

I was really looking for an excuse, and that was as good a reason as any.

    • I’m not a huge Marz fan, but I liked what he was doing on this book. The new guy? Not so much.

    • The transition from marz to williamson has been pretty seamless as far as i can tell. My only gripe is that now that we have 2 voodoos it might get a little confusing unless the deamonite one goes monster full time.

  7. I like Voodoo. I like tapioca pudding. I like the Tinman.

  8. Another 5 rating this week for books on my pull list! The ending I was not expecting at all with old Black Jack, he does remind me a lot of Major Force. Or should I say he did?! Just a very good comic book comic if that also makes any sense.

    • Poor ole Black Jack, we hardly new ye! I agree, I like this book. Sure, I wish Marz had stayed on but Basri is still “killing it” (to use the IFanboys expression) on art and I think Williamson has hit some good notes too.
