1 of 6? Will this still be coming out after the relaunch? Or will it be more than 1 per month?

  2. Avistann Avistann says:

@thompsonlive: if I remember correctly, it is coming out weekly

  3. thompsonlive thompsonlive says:

@Avistann Freaking Sweet! you sir just made my entire day :)

  4. RoiVampire RoiVampire says:

@thompsonlive  i know right, weekly will make the impact hit harder i think which is what i want

  5. wangman31888 wangman31888 says:

@RoiVampire  If only The Death of Spider Man arc could have been weekly, sooooo decompressed

  6. CaseyJustice CaseyJustice says:

Torn on this one… I love Bendis and Bagley, but this feels suspiciously like a ploy to get me to spend $29 extra this month…

I probably will, who am I kidding?

  7. rwpos rwpos says:

Very well written for what was there, but waaaaay too liitle actual story at 3.99 to feel like value. I really enjoyed reading this, but that took less than ten minutes, literally. And to have it end mid-story beat isn’t the same as a cliffhanger, it just feels like careless writing, as if Bendis wrote a six issue story with little regard for issue breaks.

  8. Franktiger Franktiger says:

    Props to Bagley.

  9. CaseyJustice CaseyJustice says:

Wow. Anybody else tear up at the little girl scene? No? Me neither.

  10. juand182 juand182 says:

@CaseyJustice I’ll admit it I cried it was such a powerful moment.

  11. TheRealVenom TheRealVenom says:

This was a LOT better than i expected it to be. Gotta admit i only hopped on board the Ultimate spidey thing with the prelude and death run, but I like where this is going. The new series is definatly going on my pull list.

  12. sitara119 sitara119 says:

love bagley being back. to be honest, its the only reason i jumped back on board with this title.  this issue, i found, was very disappointing.  it had some good moments even though it only took a moment to read.  i think bendis might be stretching this one out a bit to hit our wallets up for more cash than it might be worth.  having a really hard time believing this is, thus far, the pick of the week.

  13. LakeFToy says:

Well done.  The almost wordless beginning panels all the way to the end had me hooked…If the rest are even close to this good, I’m a buyer…

  14. RoiVampire RoiVampire says:

wow, that scene with the little girl. holy cats. there were a lot of good books this week but none of the other ones made me cry

  15. @RoiVampire. I read it @ work, but man was I getting chocked up reading the little girl scene.

  16. mikeandzod21 mikeandzod21 says:

Loved this but one thing bothered me…WHERE WAS MARY JANE AT THE FUNERAL!? you have May and Gwen and Stark…so where the fuck was his longtime girlfriend!?

  17. Link1987 says:

@WookieLoveMachine  Oh good it wasnt just me. Definitely a tearjerker, theyre doing really well at pulling all stops on emotional content lately.

  18. I was getting choked up just trying to explain that little girl scene days after I read the book.

  19. @supertrackmonkey  @supertrackmonkey   wht would have been worse than the little girl woul be if Aunt may made a long sad speach bout Peter think i would start getting th book all wet from tears

  20. Great issue.  I’d say flawless right up until that last page.  Seriously Steve, you think AT the funeral is the right time for that conversation?  I guess Ultimate Cap is kind of a dick, but that was the only thing that felt a little off to me.  Every other page of the issue more than made up for it, though.

  21. Good issue. I’ll say this, Bagley does an incredible Steve Rodgers.
