The (eighty) first issue of this was so god damn good I couldn’t believe it. I’m not even an old school Transformers fan and I was getting giddy reading it. and that ending!
This, this right here is how you make a corporate owned action/adventure comic. Marvel/DC should take notice of the magic Simon Furman is crafting here. Andrew Wildman’s artwork is really slick too (better then most IDW licensed properties IMO)
Just picked up this and 81 (I have the FCBD as well). I hope it’s awesome. I love comics and I love Transformers, but this will be my first TF comic.
Didn’t really care for the human involvement, but I did enjoy the Grimlock part. Overall it was pretty interesting.
