Dipping my toe back into ‘THE FLASH’ waters to check out the ol’ Red & Green team-up. Would love to see an on-going with these two (a la THE BRAVE AND THE BOLD)
Yeah, they were hilarious together in the first few issues of Justice League.
If you think about it, there’s not many team up books in the New 52 (so far). There’s Bats/Supes, Supes/WW, and World’s Finest (3). I think we could handle A Brave and the Bold with Barry and Hal. I just worry if that’s too much GL for people.
I agree that GL is a bit stretched thin, but I think his and The Flash’s history together shows a promise for good team-up stories that could succeed in spite of GL’s over-saturation. I do not currently buy GL or The Flash on a monthly basis, but I would give it the ol’ college try each month for a GL/Flash title!
Good to hear, @Will Magnus. Although if you haven’t already I highly recommend Veditti’s first issue of GL or GL Corps. Personally I’m enjoying all three but know others don’t feel the same.

Basri art in this is sick.
Great Story, and Basri’s artwork rocks this! He’s not Manapul….but by the end of the issue I was quite impressed. Booch delivered again!
Enjoyed the main feature and the Basri art. The backup… not so much.
Seconded. The main story was a fantastically fun Silver-Agey romp! More in this vein, DC!

Enjoyed this. Love the banter between Hal and Barry. Also I liked the backup story nice work from Nicole Dubuc which is the way to go with new writers. A short backup story not a falsely advertised whole annual like Batman did. Sheesh that annoyed me.
