Great cover. Though I admit, I’m over the Bizzaros. I’ll be curious to see how Gates and Igle wrap up their run (I think the new Creative team is listed for #60 or #61, so we only have 2 or 3 more issues). I think once they wrap, I’ll be leaving Supergirl to make space for Superboy. But I will probably give the new creative team a shot.
I’m very unhappy that Gates ands Igle are leaving Supergirl. This has been the first time since her introduction that this Supergirl hasn’t been insanely unlikable. This has been the best Super-family book for a couple of years now.
I snorted when I saw that Bizzaro Red Arrow had a quiver full of cats. Mega-awesome.
The quiver of dead cats and the Bizzaro JLA made the issue. Otherwise the Supergirl and Bizzarogirl stuff was heavy handed. I think I’m done with Supergirl when Gates and Igle are. Might give 60 a try to see how Spencer writes it.
