Last issue was probably the funniest comic I’ve ever read. Glad khoi pham’s art is good even though its still not up to stegmans.
I’ve been digging this series a lot. So enjoyable tht it isn’t connected to the AVX stuff.
This took me by surprise when it was announced, I like Yost on his Red Robin run, but this, this is pure comic book gold!
So glad to see the tone stay consistent with Pham on board. One of the best titles I’m pulling.
I felt like Pham upped his game. Very impressed.
Yeah, this title has been very good. Great humor and Kaine is just awesome.
anybody know if there is a collected edition of this series, or if there will be soon?

I heard in a podcast that Venom, Scarlette Spider, and, Defenders were all going in November.

With the likely end of Avenging Spiderman coming soon, That would suggest a complete relaunch of the spidey line. Huh, #700 is coming…
That sucks. Hopefully they relaunch Scarlett Spider. I was suspecting they would relaunch Amazing sometime after 700.

700. Relaunching of line. Never crossed my mind…makes total sense! Kill all titles, revamp line wide, undo everything Slott did. I can not believe I didn’t think of that! (Maybe cause Marvel would NEVER do something LIKE that!)
It’s not getting cancelled, the solicitation was left out because they waited to relase the minimum carnage information. Venom and Scarlet spider are still continuing. Yost still has his kraven story and Venom is just starting a new run with cullen bunn, tony silas and decan shalvey on rotation.
Great issue. The art is getting back up to speed. I’m impressed. I didn’t think anyone was going to be able to follow Stegman and make it work. I think Pham & Palmer are doing it.
And the writing is still fun. Yost makes it look easy and I know it’s not.
If it wasn’t going up against Batman it would be my pick of the week.
Loved it, loved it, loved it! Bringing the Scarlet Spider in contact with other local heroes is a brilliant idea, and Yost has done a great job at developing early dynamics between Kaine and some of the Rangers. I hope we see more of them after this arc is over. I am also very pleased with Khoi Pham’s work.
