That cover!! I jumped on late to this series – a couple issues in – and I’m glad I did. This is bizarre in the best way. I would love to see an issue of interiors by that Helen Maier too. Painted looking and just plain bizarre and awesome.
Brandon Graham is doing a signing at my LCS (Austin Books and Comics) I can’t wait to meet him!!!
Reading this compelled me to go back and read the previous and issues and it blew me away!
Anyone else reading the series I would recommend you do the same because it’s all coming together so beautifully. Not only that but I just appreciated the whole story more. So much depth and content. And the art! Oh the art! I’ve never felt so much celebration for a colourist in my time reading comics but Joseph Bergin III makes this series like nothing else on the shelves. What a series.
Are all image books moving to the 3.99 price point? I noticed Glory did this as well.
No, just the ones that need the price increase to keep from being canceled.
If that is the case then I am in…for some of them. Have they advertised openly which ones are going up in price?
Saw a Brandon Graham pin-up in NONPLAYER. It got me thinking, what happened to NONPLAYER?!? It was so awesome.
Nate Simpson’s NONPLAYER
I got into this when they released the $10 trade
I was planning on just picking up the trades cos I think it reads better that way but recently went to my LCS and picked up the single issues and added it to my pull list
I don’t want this to get cancelled! So good
Anyone have any idea what the circulation is on this book now and if it picked up popularity after the trade? I think before that it was only selling like 6-7,000 copies. Here’s hoping this book is around for a long time
