    Yes.  All the "Sepcial Edition" issues are.

    I believe they are just re-issuing the first issues.  I bought this because I never picked up Preacher.  I planned on waiting until the Deluxe HC for vol 1 came out.  However, I saw this for a buck and decided to pick it up and I liked it.

    I bought this, loved it and now am getting the series in hardcovers.  Vol. 1 is out soon.
