  1. It’s felt like ages since #3 but I just can’t wait to see what happens next with the science team & where all the rest has ended up?!

  2. The artist is AMAZING.
Its crazy how great the art is here.
Just has that crisp epic look on every page.

  3. This is one of those books where the colorist & production staff are raising the the level of what would already be a fantastic book… But yeah, #4 has been a long time coming…

  4. Loved this issue. I was worried it would turn into “scientists get superpowers from botched experiment” but it looks like that will be avoided thankfully. Glad to see flashbacks of the group all together, love that Thomas Walker.

  5. I’m having a hard time keeping track of which person has which mutation. Which one is the monster guy? I guess I’l have to go back to read books again.

    • My one compliant about this otherwise stellar series is that I have trouble keeping apart the various members of the space crew. I suspect that may change now that they’re separated and reacting to different circumstances. We’ll see.

But, yeah, otherwise, another fantastic issue. (And as one of those readers who was patiently waiting for the second printing of issue #3, I did appreciate the slight delay with issue #4).

    • Issue #4’s final 2 spreads (before the double-black endspread) should help you in placing the science team with their mutated selves. There were even enough name mentions in the characters issue #4 scenes to lock (most) everyone down… I had to go back and forth with the issue a couple times but it’s all there.

    • The date screen spreads at the end do help, but part of my concern is that personality wise I have trouble telling some of the space station refugees apart. This issue was a little better, and, as I said above, I think that’ll continue now that they’re split into some groups. It was a lot of characters to get a hold of pretty quickly.

Incidentally, I did love that final black two page spread . . .

  6. Think this could be my favourite series of 2013 the way its going. It can’t come out quick enough.
