  1. The last few issues have been good, but the solicitation is rarely what I feel I take away from the story each time.

  2. Haven’t we seen this cover solicited before? Well, regardless, this series has been solid through amazing all along. I think it will read a lot better in trade, but I try my best to support issues of creators/projects that I like outside of Marvel and DC. Trade waiting can be a dangerous game that leads to no trades or big ideas dying the death of a thousand low-selling issue cuts.

  3. I’ve been reading and hearing many negative comments about the story and the mystery lately in regards to Morning Glories. When I read comics, books or play games, the thing that grabs me the most is STRONG FUCKING CHARACTERS. This series has some of the strongest in comics. I might not understand the mystery element (no one does) and the story hasn’t really been pushed too far, but these characters RULE.

  4. This is on my pull list but my LCS didn’t get it. I went to three different shops and couldn’t find this or RED SKULL 3… Damnit.

  5. This issue was intricate, eye-opening, surreal. For not having any violent shockers, it really left an impact relationship-wise, and drove the story closer to home with some key reveals. So imaginative and gritty. Beyond impressive.

  6. 3 day, 1/2 off sale of issues 1-12 of Morning Glories on Comixology. Any recommendations? Should I pick up all of the issues?
