Yeah I don't know what the complaints are about this series. It's been great. Every issue has a surprise, a lot of laughs, and some amount of good action. This is Peter David in top form.

This arc kinda reminds me of Planet Hulk and Rise & Fall of the Shi'ar Empire, in that they were fun arcs, but went on for just a little too long. I am looking forward to the conclusion of this story, however, and very anxiously awaiting #200.

The first half of this issue was wonderful fun. The second half of it had its moments (Cylops/Doom scene) but really felt like it was trying to fill half a remaining 1/3 of an issue. Still, good all around and probably the single best issue of this entire storyarc. 4/5 for me.

It's the same solicit as last month! I really wish I was still able to look forward to this book like I used to. I still enjoy it, but reading it feels perfunctory now.
