I actually really liked this last issue.

Strongest issue of the 5 issue run, in fact it kind of stands alone.

This issue was fine, although it was odd how quickly Brian Reed moved away from the ensemble cast that dominated most of the series, and ends with Ben's story (albiet acknowledging the other characters' fates).  The sequence with Norman doing-in the Queen was depicted much more clearly in this than in SI #8.

Definitely stands alone, in that I only read the first two issues and read a friend's copy of this - this issue was much better than the two I picked up.

This was my #2 for pick of the week (JSA won out, but not by much).
